GRC New Zealand can offer complete customised solutions for your project.  Every job is different and requires specialised input.

With extensive experience from small scale residential bench tops, to large scale high-rise commercial cladding projects, we can project manage the production of your project from concept to completion.

  • 3D Design & Engineering

    During the pre-construction phase, GRC NZ can offer our expertise tailored to meet the requirements of your project. Once the design concept is established simple sketches to full constructions shop drawings and engineered design can be produced to meet the specifiers requirements.

  • Mould Manufacture

    We can make almost any mould that can be imagined! The possibilities are endless. Timber, fiberglass, flexible silicon or rubber moulds can all be made in house, customised to each project. We also have a number of standard moulds available for particular uses. Contact us for more information.

  • GRC Manufacture

    We can produce GRC components in either the traditional 'sprayed' method or the 'premix' method. We offer the full package of GRC component manufacture including all fixings and connections as required.

  • Installation

    Our installation team has over 15 years installing residential and commercial GRC cladding projects. We can offer an installation service to install your project correctly and safely.
